Con salas colmadas y gran convocatoria, se realizó la Avant Premiere de “La Estrella que perdí”, la comedia dramática protagonizada por Mirta Busnelli y Anita Pauls. Estreno en cines de Argentina jueves 9 de mayo 2024.
Parte del elenco como Gustavo Garzon, Fabian Arenillas, Susana Varela y Ezequiel Asnaghi, recibieron en la alfombra roja del Múltiplex Belgrano a destacadas figuras y amigos como Dan Breitman, Nicolas Pauls, Jazmín Stuart, Patricio Contreras, Alejandro Agresti, Guillermo Pfening, Pato Galván, Thelma Fardin, Benjamin Alonso, Julieta Zapiola, Margarita Molfino, María Marull, Paula Marull, Brenda Kreizerman, Jimena Grandinetti, Catalina Morano, Marina Merlino, Pablo Cullel, Ezequiel Tronconi, Verónica Gentile, Martín Rejtman y Gabriela Acher entre otros.
El elenco y la directora presentaron la película en las salas y al finalizar, fue aplaudida calurosamente por los presentes.
La película relata la historia de Norma Reyes (Mirta Busnelli), una reconocida y gran actriz que ensaya una obra mediocre donde debe interpretar a una anciana mientras su hija Celeste (Anita Pauls) decide abandonar la casa familiar. Pero el día del estreno sucede un evento fortuito que le permitirá a Celeste aprovechar esta oportunidad para moldear desde cero a la madre que siempre soñó tener .
Luz Orlando Brennan se destaca en su ópera prima como directora y guionista en este relato-homenaje donde el eje central es el paso del tiempo de una gran actriz consagrada, contado a través de la relación con su hija.

Luz Orlando Brennan (1981) es una directora, guionista, productora de cine y teatro. Se formó en la ENERC y en diversas escuelas de actuación. Dirigió el cortometraje “En Crítica”, ganador de Historias Breves. Como guionista trabajó en numerosos largometrajes (Muerte en Buenos Aires, La fiesta silenciosa, Tóxico) y como productora asociada en El Prófugo. “La estrella que perdí” es su ópera prima.
