Buenos Aires, viernes 30 de junio de 2023.- Durante el mes de julio, los festivales y muestras de cine nacional traen propuestas con contenidos audiovisuales de diversos géneros, formatos y apuestas narrativas, que podrán disfrutarse en distintas localidades del país. Estos eventos, que cuentan con el apoyo del Instituto Nacional de Cine y Artes Audiovisuales, ofrecerán proyecciones, talleres y actividades gratuitas. Por Nito Marsiglio.
Del lunes 10 al viernes 14 de julio se desarrollará el Festival Internacional de Cine Religioso (ARFECINE) que ya cumple nueve ediciones de manera ininterrumpida. Al igual que en años anteriores, la programación propone películas en las que la dimensión de lo espiritual se posiciona como tema central, trascendiendo el concepto de religión. A la tradicional Selección Oficial, se suma la sección Cine, un acto de fe, un conjunto de obras no religiosas en las que se tematizan los valores humanos; una sección de Foco y Rescates; y la de Cortos, con trabajos que indagan y reflexionan sobre misterios y problemáticas de fe desde una mirada humanista. Las funciones serán en la Alianza Francesa (Córdoba 946, CABA) con acceso libre y gratuito.
También en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, del martes 11 al domingo 16, será el turno de la 4ª Semana de Cine Latinoamericano en el Centro Cultural General San Martín (Sarmiento 1551, CABA). La organización y programación, que incluye largos, medios y cortometrajes de todos los géneros, es curada por Ciclo Independiente y es de perfil autoral y de carácter no competitivo.
La ciudad de Corrientes ofrecerá, el fin de semana del 28 al 30, la muestra Beija Flor Metraje Encontrado, dedicada específicamente a la técnica narrativa “found footage”, en donde las escenas parten de material audiovisual descubierto –muchas veces presentado como si fuese sin editar– acompañado por comentarios en tiempo real fuera de las tomas. Se trata de una estrategia comúnmente utilizada por el género de terror o del falso documental, pero que puede aplicarse a otros formatos.
Como cierre, del jueves 27 al sábado 5 de agosto, la ciudad de San Miguel de Tucumán será el escenario de la 18ª edición del Festival Latinoamericano Tucumán Cine Gerardo Vallejo, organizado por el Ente Cultural de Tucumán, a través de la Dirección de Medios Audiovisuales. La propuesta, que ya es una referencia en la región, ofrece cuatro secciones competitivas: dos dedicadas a largometrajes (argentinos y latinoamericanos), una dedicada a cortometrajes argentinos y otra para videoclips musicales tucumanos. Además, habrá secciones paralelas no competitivas, workshops y talleres.
El programa Festivales Nacionales de la Subgerencia de Desarrollo Federal, dependiente de la Gerencia de Exhibición y Audiencias del Instituto Nacional de Cine y Artes Audiovisuales (INCAA), tiene como meta el fortalecimiento del desarrollo audiovisual en todo el país, a través del apoyo institucional y económico a diversos festivales, muestras y semanas de cine que se realizan a lo largo de todo el territorio nacional, acompañando anualmente más de cien proyectos. Estos eventos garantizan la exhibición de películas argentinas, impulsan la creación de nuevas pantallas y trabajan en la formación de audiencias.
