Paramount+ anunció el inicio de la producción de la tan esperada segunda temporada de la exitosa serie original TULSA KING, protagonizada por el nominado al Oscar® Sylvester Stallone. De la mano del también nominado al Oscar Taylor Sheridan, la comedia se filmará en Oklahoma y Atlanta con el nominado a varios premios Craig Zisk (Weeds, The Larry Sanders Show) como director y productor ejecutivo. El también nominado al Oscar® Terence Winter (El lobo de Wall Street, Los Soprano) volverá como guionista y productor ejecutivo. TULSA KING está producida por MTV Entertainment Studios y 101 Studios en exclusiva para Paramount+.
La serie sigue al capo de la mafia neoyorquina Dwight “El General” Manfredi, justo después de salir de la cárcel tras 25 años y ser exiliado sin consideraciones por parte de su jefe para establecerse en Tulsa, Oklahoma. Al darse cuenta de que su familia mafiosa puede no tener en mente sus mejores intereses, Dwight va formando poco a poco un equipo con un grupo de personajes inverosímiles que le ayudarán a establecer un nuevo imperio criminal en un lugar que para él bien podría ser otro planeta.
